1. Membership in the Consortium is based on an application and a decision of the Academic Council (Senate) of the organization.
2. Documents are uploaded digitally through the electronic form on the official website of the Consortium
3. Documents in electronic form to be submitted to the Consortium Secretariat.
4. The application is peer reviewed by the Secretariat within 10 days and forwarded to the Admission Committee for processing.
5. The Admission Commission reviews the application within 14 days of receiving it and makes a decision.
6. The decision of the Commission is approved by the Chairman of the Presidium of the Consortium within 5 working days.
7. The organization is notified of the Commission's decision by an official letter from the President of the Consortium.
